What is item processing time?
After your order has been made, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please kindly note that different items are subject to different processing times.
Most of our wigs' processing time is about 3-4 business days. Processing time of other options, i.e., curly, wave, color or cap size, additional 3-7 business days is needed.
How can I track my order?
LAMOURHAIRS will send you an email when your order has been confirmed, and will send you another email when the tracking information becomes available.

LAMOURHAIRS provides free international shipping for all wig hairs.
Expedited Shipping
We ship LAMOURHAIRS by DHL, FedEx, UPS with expedited shipping, shipping time is about 3 - 5 business days.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please Contact Us for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.
P.O.Box & Military Base
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, and some rural or remote areas can take longer.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. If it happens, LAMOURHAIRS is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office for more information regarding custom policies.
Multiple Items
Orders including multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. LAMOURHAIRS customer service will inform you the tracking information as soon as it’s available.
