RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with a Lamour hairs purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise purchased online from Lamourhairs.com within 14 days of delivery (no exceptions), for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra stuffs, and anything else that came with the item. No refund or exchange will be issued if returned wigs that fail quality inspection from Customer Service (used, worn, damaged, washed). lace wigs that have been cut, tampered or altered will not be accepted.
If returned by mail, you will need to pay for return shipping, but Lamour hairs will ship any exchanged item free of charge. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
We will offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the merchandise that have not been worn, damaged, washed or tampered with. After we have received the returned package from you, we will then ship the exchanged item.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE
Email email@example.com within 14 days of delivery to make an application for return and ask for a return address. Emails received after 14 days will not be taken into consideration. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us and we will provide you with a return address in US.
All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.
RETURN/EXCHANGE BY MAIL
To return an item, please contact us with order number (from 9 AM to 7 PM EST Monday through Friday) by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will reply you within 48 hours.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong merchandise, we'll be happy to exchange it. Customers will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items due to the wrong or defective merchandise.
Please contact our Customer Service by email at email@example.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery, and at our discretion, we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after we received the damaged or defective product you have returned. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
